Where to claim lottery prizes in Colorado

If you have won a prize of $600 or more in any Colorado lottery draw or multi-state draw then you will need to visit one of four lottery district offices in order to claim your payout. If you have won $599 or less then you are able to claim your prize at any local retailer in the state of Colorado. Alternatively, you can claim prizes for above or below $600 by filling out the claims form below and mailing it to the address in Pueblo:

Download the lottery claim form here and mail it to:

Colorado Lottery
PO Box 7
Pueblo
CO 81002

Before mailing your winning ticket, make sure you sign the back of it and fill out any details that are personal to you so that the ticket cannot be claimed by anybody else should it go missing in the post. If you fail to do so and the ticket is lost then you will not be able to claim your payout, and Colorado Lottery states that they will not be held responsible should this happen. Its also highly advisable that when you post your ticket that you state how much the winning ticket is worth and make sure appropriate compensation or insurance is taken out to cover the payout should the post be lost.

Despite the postal service in Colorado being exceptional, the risk of losing postal tickets is why we recommend visiting a local retailer for prizes less than $600 or heading to one of the four lottery offices below for prizes of $600 and upwards.
